This is the bottom of a long topic. The annoying case: you have bookmarks somewhere above, but the footer control only knows about the topic bookmark.
POC 1 — topic bookmarks drawer
The footer button means “bookmarks in this topic”, not only “topic bookmark”. Click the footer button, jump to a buried bookmark, edit/remove it, or clear all deliberately instead of by accident.

Buried post bookmark with a reminder. In real life this could be 77 posts up and effectively invisible from the bottom control.
